1.  If asked "are your benefit Wrap documents up to date?" and you can't immediately say "yes", then they probably aren't. Documents should be reviewed and updated at every renewal to include all current benefit summaries and a summary document delivered to each enrolled employee.


2.  Premium Conversion (Section 125) plan documents up to date?"

Conversion of pre-tax employee payroll contributions is governed by the IRS. Huge fines are imposed if an audit finds you do not have a current PCP document and three years of employee enrollment forms on file. 


3.  Out-dated STD, LTD, Life products pose a real threat!
